According to survey conducted by Centers of Disease and Prevention, more than one-half American adults don't get enough exercise. The 20-25 percent population are not active at all. Each year hundreds of people die because of physical inactivity and unhealthy eating habits. Excess weight around your waist does no good to your health. Excess weight in high blood pressure adds more risk to you and can lead to heart and other diseases. Introducing 30 minutes to 1 hour of exercise in a day can do wonders for your body. Not only it makes your body healthy but also adds more days, months to your life.
